Big Bird showed up to Flock the Vote in Austin, Texas on Election Day.
Austin Statesman reporter and resident jokester John Kelso flew the coop (or the oversized nest?) and landed at a polling station dressed as the friendly feathered Muppet. Kelso made sure to check with local officials about the legality of dressing like a giant yellow bird while casting a ballot prior to showing up on Tuesday.
